Reasonable calculation of safe and civilized construction costs is the basis and guarantee of safe and efficient nuclear chemical construction projects. However, there is still a lack of calculation standards that are entirely suitable for nuclear chemical construction projects. This study collects and analyzes the relevant contents of safety and civilized construction cost in the current documents, such as the Administrative Measures on the Extraction and Use of Enterprise Safety Production Cost and the Administrative Provisions on the Cost and Use of Safety Protection and Civilized Construction Measures in Construction Projects, The study compares the calculation standards of safety and civilized construction costs in nuclear power and local quota system, combined with the input of safety production and related prevention costs in nuclear chemical construction projects, clarifies the subjects and scope of costs applicable to actual projects, and verifies the safety and civilized construction costs and the calculation standard after calculation. The results of this study are of great significance to the calculation of safe and civilized construction costs and the determination of construction costs for subsequent nuclear chemical construction projects.
