Research on the Standard Framework of Smart Manufacturing for Nuclear Instrumentation and Control Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Smart manufacturing is the key development direction of “Made in China 2025”. Meanwhile, Smart manufacturing is also an important measure to implement the strategy of manufacturing power. It is known that Smart manufacturing in the field of nuclear industry instrument and control system manufacturing is characterized by high reliability requirements, high safety requirements, high complexity and discreteness. In this research, we have built Smart manufacturing standard system suitable for the nuclear industry instrument and control system manufacturing enterprise. Furthermore, the research has solved the problems of top-level design of Smart manufacturing standards and applicability of working standards in the field of nuclear industry instrument and control system manufacturing enterprise. The research is based on “Guidelines for the Construction of National Smart manufacturing Standard System”, which is issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The construction experience of intelligent factory by a nuclear instrument and control system manufacturing enterprise is fundamental to Smart manufacturing standard system. This research aims to standardize and refine the entire process of Smart manufacturing. The results of this research will ensure product quality, improve the production efficiency, promote technological innovation, so that promote the high-quality and sustainable development of nuclear instrument and control system manufacturing enterprises.
