Compilating the Budgetary Quotas for Steel Structure Works in Nuclear Chemical Construction Projects is the basis for guaranteeing that the preparation of the civil construction drawing budget for such projects is scientific and current. The formulation of these quotas based on the Consumption Quotas for House Building and Decoration Works issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development in 2021 and the 2018 edition of the Budget Quotas for Nuclear Power Plant Construction Projects underwent a meticulous process involving rigorous calculations, feedbacks, and expert evaluations, with consideration for diverse construction scenarios. This compilation process involved many methodologies, including statistical analyses, investigations, and sub-calculations. The quota broadly covers key nuclear chemical construction project areas such as reprocessing facilities, radioactive waste management, uranium purification and conversion, uranium enrichment, and fuel element fabrication. It provides a reference for formulating budgetary quotas for similar steel structure projects.
