In the development of emergency plans for nuclear facilities, emergency evacuation is an important component that can provide necessary support information for emergency decision-makers, including whether evacuation is necessary and how to effectively evacuate. It has a positive significance for protecting public health, reducing and avoiding possible radiation risks or doses. This article combines engineering experience to develop a feasibility evaluation method for emergency evacuation of nuclear power plants. During the analysis process, it is necessary to combine the environmental overview of the plant site, the distribution of personnel inside and outside the site, and the traffic situation of the plant site. Based on the existing traffic network, the emergency evacuation route of the plant site is determined. On this basis, the evacuation time of personnel inside and outside the site is calculated, and conservative accident source terms are selected in terms of the safety characteristics of the nuclear power plant units to evaluate the possible dose that personnel may receive during evacuation and protection actions, and relevant suggestions for emergency preparedness work are proposed. This method can demonstrate the feasibility of emergency evacuation in nuclear plants and provide reference for the development of on-site and off-site emergency plans in subsequent stages.

摘要
