Research on Equipment Reliability Improvement Based on External Experience Feedback Management
摘要
External experience feedback management is supposed to implement the collection, screening, analysis, evaluation and distribution of external events, management deviations and good practices of nuclear power plants through nuclear plant management procedures, aiming to detect weak items in operation and maintenance concerning unit design, equipment, management as well as tools, and subsequently prevent similar incidents from recurrence through the formulation and adoption of targeted modification measures. This paper outlines the operation of external experience feedback management of nuclear power plants, the evaluation of the importance of external experience, and the requirements of hierarchical classification management. The characteristics of external experience and the problem of information silo are analyzed. The analysis scope of common problems is discussed, including technical details such as unit technical differences, system equipment differences, maintenance strategies, spare parts management, and tool application. In this paper, with reference to the existing operation and maintenance strategy, management outline, maintenance window and other information of nuclear plant, suggestions of long-term corrective actions are proposed to prevent the recurrence of the incident through technical coordination. Based on the external experience feedback management mechanism, nuclear power plants can effectively identify technical differences to improve risk analysis and plan preparation, and thus, the maintenance cost of equipment can be obviously reduced. By improving the quality and efficiency of external experience feedback management, the system requirements and technical configuration of equipment reliability management can be optimized, and the identification of key sensitive equipment can be improved. Finally, the continuous improvement of nuclear safety management would be realized.
