Theoretical Value and Significance of the Double Helix Methodology in Think Tanks
摘要
The Double Helix Methodology in Think Tanks encompasses the outer cycle of three stages—“decomposition-interdisciplinary research-reduction”, and the inner cycle involving two mutually embedded and iterative helixes, i.e., the DIIS process convergence method and MIPS logic layer method. The Double Helix Methodology in Think Tanks begins with problems and ends with solutions, forming a holistic, systematic and scientific thinking method, guiding principles and operational norm for think tank research, thus building a theoretical and methodological paradigm of think tank research from epistemology, methodology to practice theory. The innovation of this research paradigm is a key step to shifting think tank research toward think tank science. This chapter will focus on the theoretical value and significance of the Double Helix Methodology in Think Tanks.
