Design Object: Intelligent Manufacturing Module
摘要
The design objects of the IME system, referred to as CPS, encompasses modules such as ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, APS, WMS, and others. These modules are intended to fulfill their respective roles within the IME system, to collaborate effectively, and to facilitate enterprises in achieving an intelligent and data-driven production process through integration and optimization. Consequently, this enhances the overall operational efficiency and market competitiveness of the enterprise (as shown in Fig. 4.1). In practice, while these modules have distinct focuses, the significant cross-departmental features lead to functional overlaps, bringing about inconsistent evaluations of the same event by different subsystems. To address this, it is necessary to employ a unified DOR theory as the underlying logic. By introducing the history, components, functions, analysis tools, and roles in IME of each module, a comprehensive cross-departmental profile of IME is formed to integrate the modules into hierarchical complex networks for improved scientific decision-making.
