With China’s rapid economic growth and the gradual lifting of low-altitude flight restrictions, the demand for aviation gasoline has increased significantly. However, many domestic aircraft still rely on high-lead aviation gasoline from the 1960s. As low-lead and unleaded aviation gasoline technologies advance, key challenges include optimizing China’s domestic refining processes and developing high-octane unleaded or low-lead formulations. This study focuses on blending high-grade aviation gasoline by analyzing narrow distillates from FCC gasoline, alkylation gasoline, and reforming gasoline—key products of China’s refining industry. By screening high-octane components from these feedstocks, we aim to formulate an unleaded aviation gasoline that meets relevant standards.

摘要
