Emergency Evacuation Procedure and Risk Analysis of Shipborne Transport Aircraft
摘要
This paper analyzes the emergency evacuation procedures and associated risks for shipborne transport aircraft during forced landings at sea. The study outlines the step-by-step process of forced landing and evacuation, including issuing landing instructions, preparation, aircraft landing, emergency evacuation, post-water entry operations, use of lifesaving equipment, and awaiting rescue. Additionally, it examines the functionalities and applications of critical emergency equipment, such as communication systems, evacuation pathways, passenger restraint systems, and lifesaving devices. The paper further identifies potential risks during evacuation, such as environmental hazards, procedural deviations, equipment failures, human factors, and rescue delays. Emphasis is placed on the necessity of comprehensive emergency plans and regular drills to enhance crew responsiveness and ensure personnel safety.
