A tailored algorithm is designed to simulate the production cycle over N days. The core program periodically (e.g., every minute or hour) evaluates the status of each work-in-progress (WIP), verifies resource availability, initiates processing tasks, and outputs lightweight model-driven code for digital twin-based animation. This approach facilitates production capacity analysis, process optimization, and ultimately achieves line balancing.
