This study investigates the curing parameters and manufacturing schemes for ZT7F/AC315 prepreg foam hat-shaped stiffened co-bonded parts. Through optimization of curing parameters and layup methods, the non-destructive flaw rate caused by delamination and dispersion was reduced, product quality was stabilized, and the localization of prepreg materials and cost reduction for the project were advanced.
