This paper proposes a novel cooperative submarine detection strategy utilizing voronoi partitioning and boundary-intensive search patterns. The proposed strategy encompass both patrol anti-submarine search methods and on-call anti-submarine search methods. Among these approaches, this paper provides a detailed elaboration of the specific search steps employed in each defensive layer. Through 500 Monte Carlo simulations in a 10 km × 10 km maritime environment, our method demonstrates a 29.2% reduction in mean detection time compared to conventional circular approaches. A new paradigm for anti-submarine warfare coordination is established in this paper.
