Challenges and Development Opportunities of Aero Electromechanical System Simulation Technology Under Digital Transformation

The next generation of aero electromechanical systems is characterized by high disciplinary integration, multi-domain coupling, and multidisciplinary joint design, imposing greater demands on electromechanical system research and development capabilities. To achieve efficient, agile, and collaborative development processes, accelerating the digital transformation of aero electromechanical systems has become imperative. This paper examines the current state of aero electromechanical systems and digital transformation trends, clarifies the technical foundations of aero electromechanical simulation in the context of digital transformation, and proposes a simulation technology framework. Additionally, it discusses the key requirements and challenges facing simulation technology in this digital transformation. Finally, potential advancements in multidisciplinary unified modeling, model verification, validation and accreditation, and simulation-design collaboration are outlined.
