This paper proposes specific implementation processes and methods for Safety Performance Management (SPM) tailored to products of civil aircraft design and manufacturing organization after conducting in-depth research on the basic theories of safety performance management and practical methods of international civil aviation safety performance management. The aim is to guide civil aircraft design and manufacturing organization in effectively conducting product safety performance management, ensuring the effective implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS), and thereby enhancing the overall level of safety management.

This paper proposes specific implementation processes and methods for Safety Performance Management (SPM) tailored to products of civil aircraft design and manufacturing organization after conducting in-depth research on the basic theories of safety performance management and practical methods of international civil aviation safety performance management. The aim is to guide civil aircraft design and manufacturing organization in effectively conducting product safety performance management, ensuring the effective implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS), and thereby enhancing the overall level of safety management.
