Based on a low-speed large-size two-stage low-pressure turbine experiment, a refined flow field test of the low-pressure turbine was carried out. Various technical methods including hot wire, surface hot-film, and stable/dynamic pressure testing were comprehensively used to obtain the internal blade surface and inter stage flow field structure of the multi-stage turbine. The unsteady flow characteristics inside the turbine under typical low Reynolds number conditions, the blade surface friction and separation, and the aerodynamic interference law between the upstream and downstream blade rows of the turbine were analyzed. At the same time, the influence of factors such as Reynolds number changes was discussed.
