Design of Dual Redundancy Aircraft Brake Controller

In order to meet the functional requirements of the aircraft brake controller and improve the mission reliability, a dual-redundancy aircraft brake controller is designed. By analyzing the circuit composition of the aircraft brake controller, the anti-skid brake control circuit, which is a relatively key circuit in the brake controller, is designed with dissimilar redundancy, and the channel validity judgment and switching logic are designed. The calculation shows that the mission reliability of the new dual-redundancy circuit has been obviously improved. Through analysis, simulation and experimental verification, the stability of the new circuit is proved, and the output accuracy of the circuit meets the system requirements. In addition, the new circuit topology adopted in the redundancy channel can save the circuit cost to some extent.
