The title of my presentation is “The Sociology of dialogue of civilizations”. How did I come up with this topic? Karl Heinrich Marx (1818–1883) once famously remarked that humanity makes its own history, but not under circumstances of its own choosing. In other words, all human creativity is constrained by objective conditions.
