High-Temperature Melt Separation of Pre-reduced Ironsands
摘要
Following pre-reduction, high-temperature smelting is required to achieve the separation of molten iron and titanium-bearing slag. This chapter investigates the effects of reduction degree on slag composition, viscosity, and microstructure during melting. Experimental results are presented for the production of hot metal and high-titanium slag, with detailed analysis of their physical and chemical characteristics.
