This chapter presents an experimental investigation into the application of ironsands in oxidized pellet production. Parameters such as raw material composition, oxidation roasting temperature, and physical properties of both green and fired pellets are optimized. Additionally, the high-temperature metallurgical behavior of ironsands pellets is analyzed to evaluate their feasibility for industrial pelletizing applications.
