This thesis has presented the construction of a hybrid atom tweezer array of nuclear spin and optical clock qubits based on dual-isotope ytterbium atoms, as well as the development of a high-power UV laser system for Rydberg excitation towards realizing quantum error correction. We briefly review the achievements of this thesis.
