This manuscript shows the solution to an existing problem concerning women in high-risk situations, an alarming fact due to the high number of women who have been involved in situations of violation of their integrity. The method used consisted of 3 development stages: software conceptualization, through which the main characteristics of the application were defined, system processes, in which the block diagrams are shown in App Inventor, and application logic, as the third step. The CSUQ evaluation instrument was formulated using a Likert measurement scale from 1 to 7. For the results obtained, a test of the average latency of the information shared by the Firebase was carried out, which gave a value. 146.58 ms. From the survey executed to a group of 35 women, a total of 91.67% was obtained. With the development of the web application, favorable results were obtained with respect to its use in a real environment, the reception of programming and usability.
