Construction and Implementation of “Training-Authorization-On-Post” System for Standard Posts of Nuclear Power Projects Based on Knowledge Engineering

According to the company's construction project plan to start in five years, it is expected that the staff demand of the engineering project department will reach 1.5–2 times of the existing staff, which will put forward higher requirements for our training efficiency and effectiveness. In order to speed up the efficiency of personnel training, realize the efficient replication of excellent nuclear power experience, improve the level of knowledge reuse, promote cross-project and cross-department knowledge sharing and collaboration, and realize the effective accumulation of knowledge and experience, under the background and framework of knowledge engineering implementation, and based on the analysis and improvement of the existing training system, a “training-authorization-on-post” system for standard posts in the field of strong matrix organization and operation of nuclear power engineering projects is constructed and implemented. During the implementation process, the standardized training methods of residents and systematic training methods of nuclear power plants were referred to, and the advantages of intensive management in the background of each business were fully brought into play. Finally, the courses in the on-the-job training program are matched with the qualification requirements of different stages, and the corresponding training management system is supplemented to realize the efficient replication of excellent nuclear power experience. After nearly two years of training implementation, 331 people have been authorized through two stages of training, as 401 people are expected to be authorized within one month, which has laid a solid foundation for the construction of a large number of nuclear power projects.
