With the global warming of climate, atmosphere and seawater temperature are on the rise. In the high temperature season, the nuclear power base even occasionally has the problem that equipment cooling water system heat exchanger’s temperature exceeds the design limit. This paper focuses on collection's seawater temperature data of a coastal nuclear power unit in recent years and equipment system of temperature's cooling water. Through the implementation of the high temperature prevention plan, the relevant data are analyzed, and use the full-scope simulator of nuclear power plants to carry out analog validation. Put forward the optimization scheme of the high temperature prevention plan on nulcear power plant.
