Procurement of nuclear power bulk materials is the construction basis of nuclear power projects, but with the accelerated pace of nuclear power construction in recent years, the problems of procurement work are gradually exposed. For this reason, this paper summarizes the problems of procurement work based on the current situation of nuclear power bulk material procurement, and puts forward the optimization strategy of procurement, and carries out the framework agreement procurement of bulk materials through standardization, intensification, and refinement management. In addition, an economic analysis of procurement is also carried out to help nuclear power construction projects optimize the procurement mode and enhance the comprehensive benefits of nuclear power projects.
