With the advancement of internet technology, mobile office has become a crucial means for enterprises to improve work efficiency. This paper aims to explore the application of mobile office platforms in the procurement information management in nuclear power engineering to enhance corporate competitiveness. The research methodology includes an analysis of the background and needs of procurement information management in the current nuclear power engineering field, as well as a detailed discussion on the design and solution of mobile office platforms based on WeCom. The research findings indicate that the platform can effectively improve work efficiency, reduce communication costs, and optimize management timelines. Potential applications include the mobilization of daily procurement operations, integration with existing procurement information systems, and provision of targeted communication methods.
