A 7-Year-Old Boy with Precocious Puberty and Lower Limb Weakness
摘要
A 7-year-old boy presented with voice change, rapid phallic enlargement and behavioral problems. He was found to harbor a CNS ependymoma resulting in central precocious puberty. Subsequently, he developed bilateral limb weakness and urinary incontinence due to the compressive effect of the tumor. He had significant improvement of both endocrine and neurologic symptoms following resection of the tumor.
