This study focuses on the EMC simulation technology of the integrated control box in artillery, exploring the EMC issues that need to be taken seriously in the design process of various electronic devices inside artillerys, especially the integrated control box. It highlights the key role of implementing electromagnetic simulation analysis in the early stages of product design. By conducting EMC simulation analysis on the board and enclosure, the EMC can be greatly improved, the anti-interference ability of the product can be enhanced, and the mutual interference between various electronic devices inside the artillery can be effectively reduced, thereby improving the overall anti-interference performance of the artillery. The study also conducted electromagnetic simulation analysis using the integrated electrical control box as an example, and targeted optimization was carried out in the early design stage based on the simulation results. This technology not only significantly reduces the cost of EMC rectification in the later stage of design, but also improves the design efficiency and intelligent design level of the artillery development process.

摘要
