Uroflowmetry is a basic, non-invasive and effective way to assess the voiding function. Uroflowmetry curve is conventionally assessed in terms of flow rate and shape of the curve and classifies curves as normal, tower, plateau, staccato and interrupted. This chapter elucidates the basics of performance of uroflowmetry and interpretation of the curve. The pitfalls of interpretation of uroflowmetry tracing have also been touched upon.
