Repeat i-UDS may be required in select cases, especially patients of high-risk neurogenic bladder to assess any improvement in bladder pressures. Serial UDS may also be indicated in children who are follow-up cases of PUV who have hostile bladders. Infants with significant bladder dysfunction and recurrent UTI may also warrant repeat studies. This chapter is a compilation of four cases of different aetiologies wherein serial i-UDS assessments were instrumental in treatment planning.
