i-UDS in VUR
摘要
UDS is usually considered to be fallacious or unrepresentative in presence of VUR as the pressure and volume readings will be confounded by the refluxing volume. On the contrary, we have observed that UDS results can be informative in cases even with significant VUR. In the cases with gross VUR where we find stable bladder pressures, we perform video-UDS to confirm actual distension of the bladder rather than the upper tracts during filling. This chapter has a compilation of few cases with varying grades and aetiologies of VUR with their corresponding UDS findings.
