Assessment of leak point pressure and cystometric capacity of urinary bladder is an important adjunct in managing children with spina bifida. Bedside urodynamic evaluation is a less expensive alternative to machine urodynamic study, suitable for developing nations. In this article, we summarize our experience and correlate the results with machine UDS.
