Chronic osteomyelitis is a serious bone infection that requires long-term management in children. In this chapter, we will discuss the aetiology, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnostic criteria, treatment and possible outcomes of chronic osteomyelitis in children. It usually presents with the onset of symptoms beyond 6 weeks.
