This study investigates the application of mid-loop conditions in nuclear power plant (NPP) refueling outages, focusing on risk mitigation and operational efficiency. A comparative analysis of refueling paths between CNP1000 and AP1000 units is conducted, emphasizing design-driven differences in system configurations and safety protocols. By leveraging domestic AP1000 mid-loop refueling practices and U.S. NRC regulatory frameworks (e.g., Generic Letter 88-17), optimization strategies for CNP1000 are proposed, including system compatibility assessments, procedural enhancements, and regulatory compliance measures. Preliminary evaluation frameworks are established to reduce outage durations by enabling concurrent fuel handling and primary circuit maintenance.

摘要
