This paper takes the early M310 unit electrical penetrations in China as the research object, based on the components, materials, aging mechanisms and effects of electrical penetrations, and combined with the latest research results of equipment qualification, operation license renewal and other standards and specifications of nuclear power plants at home and abroad, a supplementary environmental qualification study of early M310 unit electrical penetrations in China was carried out. Designed an experimental plan, selected experimental samples, and determined key experimental parameters. At the same time, considering the assumed conditions of temperature and radiation data used in the implementation of the supplementary environmental qualification test, it is necessary to further combine the radiation dose and temperature distribution law during the long-term operation of the electrical penetration assembly to comprehensively evaluate the safety status of the electrical penetration assembly during long-term operation.
