Effective communication is essential for collaboration and understanding among individuals, particularly in situations where conventional methods may be impractical or inaccessible. Morse code, with its compact encoding scheme, has served as a resilient alternative across diverse domains. In this paper, we propose a novel approach that bridges classic Morse code with modern computational techniques, specifically focusing on gesture recognition technology. Leveraging the Flask framework, we developed a dynamic webpage integrating our Python script, facilitating real-time translation of finger tapping gestures into Morse code patterns. Through rigorous experimentation and analysis, we demonstrate the efficacy and reliability of our Morse code translation system, highlighting its potential as a valuable communication tool for differently abled individuals. Our research contributes to the advancement of inclusive communication technologies, promoting independence and accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

摘要
