Management System for Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Based on Digital Economy and ABC–ACO Algorithm

Traditional manufacturing urgently needs to improve production efficiency, enhance innovation capabilities, and adjust industrial structure through transformation and upgrading. In response to the problems of low production efficiency, high production costs, and insufficient innovation capabilities faced by the manufacturing industry, this study constructed a transformation and upgrading management system based on the ABC–ACO algorithm that integrated artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC) and ant colony optimization algorithm (ACO), to achieve intelligent production processes, optimization of supply chains, and innovation of products and services. Experimental data showed that compared with traditional methods, the production efficiency of the production process using ABC–ACO algorithm remained above 80.4%, while the production efficiency under traditional methods ranged from 61 to 79.9%. In addition, the average production cost of the upgraded management system was 7.0865 million yuan, which was lower than the average production cost of 8.529 million yuan under the traditional management system. These results support the effectiveness of the proposed management system in the upgrading and transformation of the manufacturing industry.
