Amid the electrification and intelligent transition of vehicles, conventional chassis has undergone technological changes and advanced to electric chassis, and intelligent chassis. Intelligent chassis is a platform that encompasses the autonomous driving system, cockpit system, and powertrain system. It is a new topological structure comprised of electric drive, traction battery cells, and X-by-wire systems. It is able to perceive, predict, and control the interaction between wheels and the ground, manage its own operation, and complete intelligent driving tasks. Intelligent chassis serves as the foundation for the actualization of autonomous driving.
