Fourthly, the chapter discusses the design and structure of sludge suction machines, detailing their basic parameters and typical configurations such as crane-type, central-driven, and peripheral-driven machines. Special attention is given to safety regulations for operation to promote reliable and safe equipment usage. Finally, it addresses common faults and troubleshooting solutions for both scrapers and suction machines, enabling operators to manage and resolve operational issues efficiently.
