This chapter introduces fixed vertical waste balers, covering their overview, general design, hydraulic system, and electrical system. First, it explains the function and working principle of fixed vertical waste balers. Second, the overall design is detailed, including structural design, basic parameter design, and the structural design of main components. Third, the structure of the hydraulic system is described. Finally, the electrical system is addressed, focusing on the main control electrical system and the auxiliary control electrical system that together ensure efficient and safe operation of the baler.
