The fast-developing sector of agricultural technology known as nanopesticides has the power to completely transform plant protection methods. Nanopesticides, which use nanoscale materials to their full potential, have several advantages over traditional pesticides, including increased effectiveness, controlled release, targeted delivery, and less environmental impact. The idea of nanopesticides is examined in this book chapter along with their traits and many forms, including nanoparticles, nanocapsules, nanofibers, and nanoemulsions. In this book chapter, the improved effectiveness of nanopesticides in pest management is highlighted along with their modes of action and techniques of manufacture. In addition, the difficulties and prospects for nanopesticides are discussed, including regulatory frameworks and safety issues.
