Uterine Cervical Carcinoma/Imaging Evaluation of Uterine Cervical Carcinoma
摘要
Uterine cervical carcinoma is a major gynecologic malignancy. The usual patterns of tumor spread include the direct extension to adjacent structures such as the uterine corpus, vagina, or parametrium and the lymphatic spread to regional lymph nodes. The latest update of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging system integrates imaging technologies as well as clinical findings to enhance precision in evaluating tumor extent. Radiologists should understand the MRI techniques and imaging features of the disease to make accurate staging and guide treatment options.
