The review of civil aircraft prototype is a key link to verify the quality of design and manufacturing. Digital technologies, especially big data and digital twins, open up new ways to improve the efficiency and quality of reviews. This paper identifies the main problems in design defects, manufacturing deviations and data collaboration, and proposes strategies to improve design identification, strengthen deviation monitoring and enhance data collaboration, which provides an important reference for optimizing prototype review and helping to improve the research and development capability of civil aircraft.
