Satellite Truss Structure-Processing Equipment-Processing Technology Integrated Design System Based on Collaborative Optimization

摘要

With the continuous improvement of satellite communication performance and the increasing size of satellite antenna, the traditional ground manufacturing method is facing challenges, and the on-orbit manufacturing technology is gradually becoming a trend. Multidisciplinary optimization design technology provides support for on-orbit manufacturing. The existing method adopts serial optimization, which easily leads to local optimization. In this paper, a satellite truss structure-equipment-process integrated design system is developed based on collaborative optimization method. It decouples the variables among the three sub-disciplines of geometry structure, processing equipment and process parameters, and improves the ability to deal with high-dimensional optimization problems. Meanwhile, the introduction of proxy model method improves the design efficiency of satellite truss Additionally, workflows are built based on Isight software to enable the joint invocation of various third-party software tools. Finally, a visual GUI interface is developed using QT, allowing for rapid modification of constraint conditions and target variables, and realizing the visualization of optimization solutions.
