Design and Analysis of a Mid-Mounted Motor Slider Rapid Return Bionic Flapping Wing Aircraft
摘要
Currently, the flapping wing aircraft is a popular field in the bionic machine, for most of the flapping wing aircraft design exists in the structure is more complex, the weight is too large problem, this paper adopts the middle motor to drive the crank slider four-bar mechanism, designed a kind of flutter configuration with sharp return characteristics, through the kinematic analysis to establish the kinematic model of the crank slider. The relationship between flutter angle, flutter speed and flutter acceleration in one cycle is calculated and analysed. The kinematic model was solidly modelled in SolidWorks and imported into Adams, a multi-body dynamics simulation software, to simulate the motion and verify the results with the theoretical analysis. The simulation results show a basic overlap with the theoretical results, which is consistent with the selected flight parameters of the bionic bird, and has good aerodynamic performance, which is conducive to the flight of the flapping wing aircraft.
