In-Depth Discussion on the Design of Distribution Network Nut Section
摘要
This paper proposes an innovative design for a slanted nut to address the issue of water accumulation in nuts in polluted areas of distribution networks. Through in-depth theoretical analysis and the application of fluid mechanics principles, a mathematical model for water flow was constructed to precisely determine the optimal slant angle, effectively preventing water accumulation in the nuts. Additionally, while ensuring the structural stability of the nut, the study innovatively explores the idea of incorporating holes in the nut design to further promote water drainage and reduce the risk of corrosion. This research not only provides a new solution for the application of nuts in polluted areas of distribution networks but also is significant for enhancing the reliability of distribution network operations and reducing maintenance costs.
