A Multi-Stage Nested Cylinder Air Blowing Integrated Device for Automatic In-Box Cleaning

To address the issue of material adhesion at the bottom of the box after dumping powdered materials in the factory, a solution is required, a nested cylinder air blowing integrated device is designed. The telescopic cylinder has a multi-stage nested structure, and combined with the designed top blowing structure, it solves the defect of the long cylinder body of the traditional cylinder and realizes the online compressed air blowing of the shipping box. The overall structure of the device is simple, compact, and highly feasible, and is suitable for the original working environment of the blending process. The project team carried out 3D modeling design of the overall device based on SolidWorks and used Fluent software for nozzle structure design and air blowing feasibility verification. Experiments show that the device can effectively adapt to the production environment of blending, blow away the adhered materials, solve the waste of such materials, and greatly reduce the raw material cost and labor intensity.
