Industrial Mental Health Social Work is gaining importance in the recent times. Various studies carried out at the workplace are noticing higher levels of mental health issues being reported. Very often than not, the work environment is considered as an important contributor to the employee wellbeing. Collective Flourishing, an instrument that promotes positive organizational climate, has a lot to offer and deliver mutual gains for both employees and management. The employee-management interactional space is an effective instrument to harness effective organizations that are both beneficial to organizations as well as people. The project was implemented with a company manufacturing fashion products and holding a manpower of 14,000 employees. We were invited to carry out a two-year intervention for promoting nonviolent ways of leadership and we used the principle of collective flourishing within an empathetic leadership. This paper articulates the foundations to the approach.
