The acquisition of actual performance data (including energy, IEQ and occupant satisfaction) of green buildings and its in-depth quantitative research are of great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of green buildings. However, there is a lack of high-quality, long-term and large-scale basic data on the operating performance of green buildings, which results in the shallow and incomplete cognition of performance characteristics and the failure to guide building operations.
