Women's reproductive rights primarily emphasize their reproductive choices. The right to women's overall health is reflected in women's rights to reproductive health and sexual freedom including the right to life, liberty, and security of the person; freedom from cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment; to health care and information; and to be free of all forms of discrimination and coercion in the distribution of resources for health services, as well as their availability and accessibility. Therefore, the chapter frames a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of women's reproductive rights using both primary and secondary data. The key results of the chapter were: Early marriage is positively linked with low education of women. Contraceptive choices among less educated women were limited. Abortion legality awareness is low among women, irrespective of educational background. In conclusion, there is a need to focus on women's education to promote sexual and reproductive health (SRH) rights among Indian women. Concurrently, SRH literacy with a particular focus on abortion subject is need to focus in India.
