Patient was a 57-year-old female. She had suffered from arthralgia from multiple joints about 20 years with involving neck, back, right shoulder, both knees, and both heels. It was accompanied by morning stiffness with restricted activities. She lost the ability to stand up about 12 years ago and had left femoral fracture about 5 years ago when getting on to the bed. Dorsal edema with swelling of both feet started about 1 year ago and more on the right. Edema and swelling of the both lower legs started about 3 months ago. Lab works showed alkaline phosphatase (AKP) 214 U/L, calcium 2.38 mmol/L, phosphorus 0.55 mmol/L, 24-hour urine calcium 4.392 mmol, urine phosphatase 16 mmol, urine fluorine 4.963 mg/L.
